The Harvester Ultimate consists of two standard 1/2 inch ceramic rods and two premium 3/8 inch rods that are made of aluminum oxide. The base is made of a copolycarbonate material that makes it ideal for wet environments. Designed for the butcher shop, the fish cleaning station, and the industrial/commercial kitchen, this sharpener is very durable and it will clean up easily. There are two holes drilled in the base to allow you to use stainless steel screws to attach it to your table, if desired. Because this sharpener is part of the Ultimate series, you'll be able to achieve a super sharp blade in no time at all!
