The idea, concept, and engineering of the AC Hole Punch came straight from the team at Archery Country in Austin, Texas. They’ve been in the trenches with bowhunters for years and saw an opportunity to create a better fixed-blade broadhead—one that would deliver exceptional blood trails, quick recoveries, and no-fail durability.
Their vision was clear, and our team at VPA was honored to support it by handling the precision machining and production side of the build. Together, we brought their idea to life using premium materials and proven processes.
What Makes the AC Hole Punch Different?
🔹 Spreader Design – Each broadhead features a unique 3-blade layout with integrated spreaders between the blades, holding the wound channel open for devastating blood trails.
🔹 Six Cutting Surfaces – Three blades and three spreaders work together to maximize tissue damage and increase the likelihood of fast, ethical harvests.
🔹 American-Made, One-Piece Construction – Machined from solid Premium S7 steel with no weak points, this head is built to perform under the most demanding hunting conditions.
🔹 Flight-Tuned and Field-Tested – Compact and accurate, the Hole Punch delivers consistent flight and performance, hunt after hunt.
🔹 Cutting Diameter Options – Available in three weights to fit your setup:
